Help us fight coronavirus in Hong Kong

A message from Karen, Founder and Chief Formulation Scientist at 21GRAMS

Dear friends,

The Chinese New Year has always been filled with joy and hope, but this year we are faced with a highly devastating coronavirus outbreak that threatens the city and we hope to do something about it with your support.

The next few weeks will be critical in containing the highly contagious disease. Unfortunately, much-needed personal protection supplies are in shortage. As a scientist graduated from Cambridge University, I would like to bring together the expertise and resources of my fellows and the local community to helping Hong Kong people in this difficult time.

Our immediate plan is to produce at least 200 bottles of hand sanitisers for distribution in Hong Kong over the course of next two weeks. We will follow the WHO-recommended formulation and the production will be supported by our long-term partner, a GMPC and ISO-22716 compliant factory in Hong Kong to ensure quality and hygiene standard.

With immediate effect, 21GRAMS will devote 21% of its online proceeds towards funding this non-profit relief initiative. To make it happen timely and effectively, we are calling out for your generous sponsorship and support as well. Any kind of sponsorship (e.g. supply of ingredients and bottles, provision of distribution channels and promotional resources, contribution of other personal protection items etc) is more than welcome and will be 100% devoted to fighting the outbreak in Hong Kong. Please leave us a message below or email us at ask@21gramshk.com to discuss further on the administrative arrangement.

On behalf of the team, I thank you in advance for supporting us and bringing hope to Hong Kong people in this difficult time.
